Hereafter, we have listed the personal particulars that we process:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- All other personal particulars that you wish to supply us with
We basically only process the data that you have shared personally with Coppens GCV (Larcosan).
Special and/other sensitive personal particulars that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect particulars about website visitors below the age of 16 years, unless they have been authorized by their parents or tutor. We are however not able to check whether a visitor is older than 16. That is why we advise parents to be closely associated with their children’s online activities, in order to prevent children’s particulars from being collected without parental authorization. If you are convinced that we have collected a minor’s personal particulars without such an authorization, please contact us at info@larcosan.be, and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on which basis we process personal particulars
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) processes your personal particulars for the following purposes:
- Promotion, so that Coppens GCV (Larcosan) can keep you informed about courses and activities
- in the context of customer relations management (f.i. to call or email you, case need, in order to provide you with our services); and/or
- to manage the contractual relationship between yourself and Coppens GCV (Larcosan) because of the fact that you are using our services and/or that you are providing us with yours.
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) is obliged to process your personal particulars as a result of the possible conclusion and/or the execution of a contract between yourself / a (legal) person representing you and the above mentioned company.
Subject to your prior agreement, Coppens GCV (Larcosan) can use your particulars, especially your email address and your telephone number, in order to send commercial announcements (for their own account and their partners’) and, f.i., to keep you updated on courses and activities planned.
At all times, you have the right to withdraw the consent you gave earlier to use your particulars, notably by contacting info@larcosan.be.
Automated decision making
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) takes no decisions based on automated processing of your particulars regarding matters that may entail (considerable) consequences for you as a person.
How long we store personal particulars
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) does not store your personal particulars any longer than strictly required to achieve the goals for which your particulars have been collected.
We apply the following storage periods: 6 months, in case that, within a period of 6 months after your personal particulars were obtained, no contractual relation between Coppens GCV (Larcosan) and yourself / a (legal) person representing you is achieved.
The particulars linked with the execution of a contract between Coppens GCV (Larcosan) and yourself / a (legal) person representing you, are stored during the execution of the contract and until the legal archiving and prescription period (10 years) has expired, or if need be any other legally enforced period.
Sharing personal particulars with third parties
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) solely supplies your particulars to third parties with whom a contract has been concluded and only if this is necessary for the execution of our contract with you or in order to meet a legal obligation. These are third parties who, by order of Coppens GCV (Larcosan), act as a provider of several services required to carry out your request for information (f.i. about our services), but also to implement the contract concluded between Coppens GCV (Larcosan) and yourself / a (legal) person representing you.
Since your particulars are intrinsically linked with the (potentially) contractual relation between Coppens GCV (Larcosan) and yourself / a (legal) person representing you, Coppens GCV (Larcosan) may therefore submit your particulars to another company in case they would, entirely or partially, sell their activities, hand them over, bring them in or hand them over in any other way, or merge with another company, or would reorganize their company in any other way.
Except for those cases, Coppens GCV (Larcosan) does not share any of your particulars with third parties that could use them for their own needs.
Your particulars are not stored on servers located outside the European Union.

View, edit or remove particulars
In accordance with legislation, you can be given access to your particulars. Incorrect particulars will be corrected at your request.
To this end, you file an application with info@larcosan.be, along with a copy of your identity card. On this copy, it is recommended that you blacken your passport photo and your National Registration Number (NRN n°).
We will react to your request as soon as possible, yet within four weeks,.

If Coppens GCV (Larcosan) processes your personal particulars based on the consent that you gave us for that purpose, you also have the right to delete certain data, to reduce the processing of certain data, or to object to certain processing operations.
You are also entitled to data transferability. This implies that you can file with us a request to send the personal particulars that we hold in a computer file, to you or to a third party designated by you.
How we secure personal particulars
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) takes the protection of your particulars seriously and takes the appropriate measures to discourage misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and improper modification. Date of commencement and modifications
Coppens GCV (Larcosan) reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. These modifications will be notified to you by means of an individual notification, and they will take effect 5 (five) days after their publication.
